ABOUT CONDYLIS BAIER

Dan Condylis created  Period Restoration Inc. (PRI) as a specialty general contracting company in 1999 and has been providing remodeling, restoration, and maintenance services to architecturally important homes throughout the Bay Area since then.

Juli Baier began Juli Baier Interior Design (JBID) as a full service design firm and has been executing exquisitely designed, client-focused interiors since 2000.

​

Dan and Juli were initially brought together by a mutual client in 2010 to design and implement a highly challenging full house remodel. Their complimentary background, skills and knowledge led to a uniquely well designed and built client home.

Condylis Baier was established with the belief that unifying the design-build process from the beginning brings forth a more cohesive and efficient process that ultimately creates exceptionally beautiful and well-built surroundings.
