SCHEMATIC DESIGN
We begin by honing in on the client’s needs. We establish a sense for what the project entails, big or small, and determine your aesthetic taste. We will then outline what we deem a realistic proposal, factoring in budget and any other restrictions with constant communication along the way. We will conduct a site measure and study existing conditions.
DESIGN DEVELOPMENT
Once an initial design and general scope are agreed upon, we will begin producing the necessary materials to help finalize and assist in carrying out your project. Depending on your individual project this could be anything from materials samples to rendering sketches to floorplans and elevation documents.
CONSTRUCTION & PROJECT MANAGEMENT
Depending on the nature of your project, we will use a pre-determined schedule to outline how to carry it out. This could range from purchasing furnishings to construction, any and all of which we will see through and manage from start to finish.
